* Willingness to learn through on-the-job training

* Residential Roofing experience (2 years)

* Basic Carpentry knowledge

* Excellent communication skill, verbally and electronically

* Leadership experience, leading by example and able to coach others to their best potential

* Knowledge and experience with multiple types of commercial roofing systems or construction in general

* Aerial Lift (preferred)

* Own tools

* Some experience with metal roofing (1-2 years of roofing experience preferred but not required)

* Enthusiasm for working outside in the elements and being physically active

* Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think outside-the-box

* Dependable and able to be at work on time and on a consistent basis

* Presentable in appearance, and professional when communicating with both customers and Benton Team Members

* Sharpen up your Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) knowledge so you're a top-notch construction industry member

* Knowledge and experience with multiple types of roofing systems

* Experience using a hot air welder and/or other roofing system application tools (preferred but not required)

* Hungry to start a career with the opportunity to advance within the company

* Must be able to pass a background check

* Ability to travel out of town for work
