Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is looking for hardworking and service-minded individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians. In this entry-level role, you’ll help mitigate water damage, restore properties, and support customers in their time of need. This is a hands‑on position that offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for long-term career growth in the property damage restoration industry.
YourImpact:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mitigation efforts including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
- Respond to emergency service calls, providing timely and professional service
- Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
- Document work performed using company technology and software
- Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces
- Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment
- You take pride in physical, hands‑on work and show up ready to get the job done
- You enjoy serving others, especially when they need it most
- You’re dependable, proactive, and willing to be part of an after‑hours on‑call rotation
- You’re curious, eager to learn new skills, and excited about career growth in restoration
