The Crowne Plaza Knoxville is seeking a skilled HVAC-R Technician to join our maintenance and engineering team! If you take pride in keeping systems running smoothly and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we want to hear from you.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair all hotel HVAC-R systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to guest room temperature calls and building system alerts
• Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain a safe, efficient property

• HVAC-R experience required (hotel experience a plus)
• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, split systems, ice machines, and refrigeration
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for occasional on-call or weekend shifts

$30 - $35 hourly
