Our second sign shop is off to a great start and we are already looking to expand the team. We are looking to add an experienced, sign installer that is also great team player, with a great attitude and willing to take on the challenge to build out an internal installation capability for this site. We are actively looking to purchase a boom truck, but in the short term, this person must be willing to work with a pull behind lift rental and they will help us find the right truck that fits our capability needs and budget.

Any additional skills within the sign making industry, (i.e. welding, fabricator, LED installations, etc.) will make yourself stand out among the other candidates. There are two key leadership positions at each location that earn a chance for an equity earning position in the company; this position could be one for the right leader. At this time, we are only seeking those individuals with substantial experience within the sign and graphics industry. Compensation is based on experience and contributions to the team's success.

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
