Join our dynamic team at Pool and Spa Depot in Knoxville, TN as a Pool & Spa Service Technician. Dive into a rewarding career where you ll work directly with customers, ensuring their pools and spas are both functional and fabulous.

• Delivering exceptional customer service while servicing pools and spas.
• Onsite inspections, assessing water quality, and performing maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, balancing chemicals, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Testing installed equipment to ensure everything is in correct working order.
• Install new pool equipment as well as opening and closing pools.
• Interacting with customers, providing insightful recommendations, and ensuring their aquatic oasis remains in top condition.
• Manage inventory and maintain your service vehicle to optimize efficiency.
• Strong understanding of pool and spa systems with a keen eye for detail to diagnose issues accurately.
• Problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely service delivery.
• Previous experience in the pool and spa industry is helpful, but not required.
• CPO Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to diagnose issues with pool and spa systems and perform maintenance tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license with a clean driving record.

• Competitive pay rate of $16-$25/hour.
