Insulation Installer Knoxville, TN

Job Description

Reports to:

Crew Leader

• To install foam insulation in walls of existing homes
• To install loose fiberglass insulation or batt insulation in attic, crawl‑space, or other areas of home
• To perform service calls as directed by the foreman or owner/operator

• Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Able to work on ladders (up to 28 ft)
• Able to work with hand tools
• Able to work with drills, pumps and all equipment necessary for installing insulation (Training provided)
• Pride in high‑quality work
• Provide all customers with excellent customer service
• Follow all policies and procedures of USA Insulation while on duty
• Perform any and all other functions or tasks assigned by the crew chief and owner/operator

• Able to lift and move up to 80 lbs.
• Installers must possess good organization and verbal communication skills

• No “insulation” experience required
• Commitment to customer service
• Ability to troubleshoot product and installation problems

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
