**** Your pay:** $26 - $32 per hour to start, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

** Your main Tasks:
*** Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
* Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
* Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
* Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
* Remain customer service focused.
** Experience or Certification needed:
*** 4+ years of HVAC Service Experience.
* EPA universal certification preferred.
* OSHA 10 preferred.
** You need to be able to:
*** Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
* Be punctual and reliable.
* Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.
* On call availability.
* Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
* Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
* Work efficiently in confined spaces.
* Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
