Garage Floor Masters LLC is rapidly expanding, and we're seeking driven, hands‑on individuals to join our East Tennessee team as Floor Coating Technicians. In this full‑time role, you'll help transform residential, commercial, and industrial concrete surfaces using advanced coating systems. Experience is a plus— but not required. We'll train you and set you up with the skills and certifications you need to thrive in a high‑demand trade.

• Prepare concrete surfaces for coatings using grinders and other tools
• Apply floor coatings, including base layers, flakes, and topcoats
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment efficiently and safely
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Must have hands on experience on general labor or landscaping (at least 8 months)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of construction or trade experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑first attitude
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the company
• Clean, professional communication and a no‑drama mindset
• $18-$25 per hour starting pay
