Walden Security can only offer positions to candidates who currently possess or have very recently held a Department of Energy Q clearance. Candidates with an active Q clearance will receive $29.24 once clearance reciprocity has been finalized; otherwise the clearance should be processed before start. Candidates must have a strong work history, satisfactory background check and the ability to walk and stand for a prolonged period.
Oak Ridge Security Officers (DOE Q Clearance Required) needed for the 3rd shift. A part‑time utility officer will cover medical leaves, sicknesses, vacations, and extra coverage as needed, averaging 24 hours a week. All employees rotate weekends; no one is exempt from the rotation.
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 25 years old, and possess a clean driving record. This position requires patrol in a company‑owned vehicle. All drivers must be cleared for Walden Security automotive plan. An MVR will be performed before start.
What You Will DoOur Security Officers protect the industrial or commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry.
Clients include Class‑A office buildings, luxury residential properties, distilleries, Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, telecommunications, manufacturing/industrial factories, hospitals, and many others.
Requirements- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
