Responsible for overseeing all security, administrative, and supervisory functions at assigned client sites. Ensures high‑quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

• Must be at least 25 years of age or older
• Valid Tennessee Security Regulatory Board License (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license
• 3 years supervisory experience in military, law enforcement, corrections, or licensed private security
• Pass Behavioral Assessment and Background Investigation

• Lead daily site operations and supervise staff
• Ensure SOPs and post orders are followed and updated
• Respond to escalated incidents and emergencies

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate support services to meet client goals
• Deliver KPI presentations

• Ensure accurate reporting and contract compliance
• Use Win Team for scheduling, billing, and reporting
• Maintain client workforce portal and update KPI spreadsheets daily
• Ensure officers use the Security Reporting System

• Train, coach, and support officers and supervisors
• Conduct site inspections and employee evaluations
• Manage disciplinary actions and resolve grievances
• Maintain personnel records

• Conduct site‑specific and refresher training
• Develop staff in technical and professional skills

• Must have flexibility of schedule
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience with payroll, billing, and scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Win Team

• Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without a break
• Walk ½ mile and climb 20 stairs without stopping

• Minimum:
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree or higher

CPR/First Aid/AED
Tennessee Unarmed Security License preferred
