Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Following strategies to educate and sell insurance to others
- Building sincere rapport and relationships with customers during every interaction
- Collecting details from clients in order to fully assist them
- Being fully aware of the company's services and policies
- Follow ALL legal and ethical procedures/practices
Representative Requirements:
- MUST be able to pass a background check
- MUST have a valid driver's license and own form of reliable transportation
- MUST be coachable and ready to learn
- Computer savvy
- MUST have a minimum of one year customer service experience
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business (recommended but not required)
