Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest-growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and providing agents with the training and support needed to achieve success.
Responsibilities- Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week contacting potential clients who previously requested coverage and scheduling meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
- Research: 4-5 hours per week reviewing client information to customize options that meet their financial needs in the case of death or disability.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week meeting with clients either virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply for coverage.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

CompensationCommissions as a New Agent: This position is commission-only based. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k) s and IRAs).
We provide extensive training and have an uncapped commission, plus a competitive bonus structure and incentive trips for agents/managers based on individual and team results.
