Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Knoxville, TN. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, generate leads, manage customer accounts, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, identifying opportunities, maintaining effective communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and effective lead generation
- Proven ability in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in Account Management and relationship building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with sales processes
