Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN, for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will engage with clients to understand their branding needs, develop customized solutions, generate new leads, and maintain long-term client relationships. Daily tasks include managing client communications, presenting product options, creating quotes, and ensuring timely order completion. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals effectively
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Basic knowledge or interest in branding, promotional items, and custom product solutions
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on-site in Knoxville, TN
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus
