• Provide professional and accurate move consultations by selling all products and services to best complete the needs of the customer.
• Update all notes on the estimate once completed, ensuring detailed and personalized experience for the client.
• Follow up with client until they book our services.
• Assist in achieving financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Franchise Partner to increase residential and commercial move revenue and develop strategic relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits and value of COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING® and to address any customer objections.
• Track metrics/booked jobs and submit commission no later than Monday following the end of the pay period.
• Network with local businesses and apartment complexes to grow leads and partnerships.

Transportation is provided as well as a laptop. Compensation is a base rate plus unlimited commission.

• Commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations; comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of one year of business, management, sales or other relevant experience; moving industry experience preferred.
• Understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques.
• Consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong team player with productive collaboration skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, courteous and helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of and commitment to customer service and core values.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be insurable under franchise auto insurance plan.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license.

Salary $40,000 – $50,000 includes commissions. Base commission rate is 2% on jobs you convert to bookings. No commission for jobs gross‑estimation errors of 10% or more.
