A logistics firm in Knoxville is looking for a Business Development Representative to build and manage a book of business in the freight brokerage industry. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Your role will include cradle-to-grave sales, daily sales calls, and operational duties. Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential. Competitive salary of $40-50K DOE with commission opportunities. Full-time, on-site position from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
