Why This Role ExistsThis role exists to guide homeowners through one of the most exciting investments they will make in their home. The Sales Representative is the face of our brand, building trust, providing clarity, and helping clients confidently move from inspiration to execution.
This is a relationship‑driven, consultative sales role for someone who enjoys people, design, and closing meaningful projects.

- Maintain accurate documentation of designs, selections, and client communication
- Collaborate closely with design and installation teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay current on kitchen trends, materials, and product offerings
- Represent Kitchen Tune‑Up with professionalism in every interaction
- Sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, design, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly and confidently
- Comfort working one‑on‑one with clients in their homes and in the showroom
- Interest in design, layout, and how people live in their spaces
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech comfortable with CRM systems and design software
- Motivated, energetic, and self‑directed
- Collaborative and team‑oriented
- Strong problem‑solving skills when questions or challenges arise
- Paid in‑house sales and product training
- Uncapped compensation plan with bi‑weekly draw during ramp‑up
- Company car or mileage reimbursement
