Position Summary:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas. - Be an Expert:
Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future productions and seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to support production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist members with purchasing decisions and issues. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Serve as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; help address roadblocks and training needs. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follows Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
