Sales Supervisor - Kingston Pike (Finance)

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers. Across all of our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business firsthand through face-to-face customer interactions. In this role, you will share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, participate in process ideation and improvement, and support various special projects.

• Backed by professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service

In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. For applicable postings, the range listed is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market data.

Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
