• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return by showcasing product knowledge and excellent service.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas maintain visual standards.
• Work the register, processing sales transactions and driving add‑on sales with capabilities such as BOPIS and curbside pickup, while assisting with planogram changes.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and partners, representing the brand in tone.
• Maintain and organize the stock room, keeping merchandise and the store tidy.
• Collaborate with teammates, sharing ideas and supporting the team spirit.
• Perform additional activities as assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience and a passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and selling superpowers.
• Minimum age 16 to join the fandom force.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandize products with approved equipment, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
