• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests with their specific needs.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Maintain pricing, product set-up, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards across GM areas.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Know resources, products, and services available in the total store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance; able to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
