Retail Sales Associate - 2751 at First Cash — Full-Time position.

Hourly wage: $13.00 to $16.00 per hour
. Includes a commission structure that pays for every transaction processed. Retail associates can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, which could add on average about $4.39 per hour on top of the base pay.

• Greet and interact with customers to understand needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform open and close procedures as required and maintain store operations.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed effectively.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements; handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person and explain the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing development; other duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to stand for extended periods, and perform duties that may include bending, walking, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• May assist customers outside the building or retrieve products stored in exterior locations.
• Minimum age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to serve customers, work with people, and be a team player.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; basic math proficiency.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.

The commission plan is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2–8% commission, based on personal performance and gross profit. More details are provided during the interview process.

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate collaborates with store staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides of the business. The role greets, engages, and assists customers with sales, loans, and other transactions.
