Job DescriptionThe purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) customers and service an account portfolio.
In this role you will:
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year’s related work experience required; two years’ work experience preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Basic CRM skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and problem‑solve.
- Ability to adapt to change including a willingness to take on new tasks and technology.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and flexibility to support other areas of the business as needed
