Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive store performance through effective management and hands‑on leadership
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
- Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
- 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
- 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual in English (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to work retail hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–8 PM Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)
