What You'll Do- Be a Team Member:
Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with the team and be flexible to the needs of the business. - Be an Expert:
Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and operation and maintenance of equipment. Prepare, cut, grind, wrap, and trim meat products according to established standards, maintain product quality. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Use hand‑held technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality. - Be an Owner:
Commit to operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies, ensure quality and date control of meat products, secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocate for the department and club, model high quality service and products, execute basics at highest possible level of quality, exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. - Apply company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy in business processes.
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and recommend improvements.

Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
