• Deliver a world-class shopping experience and strive to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers (fans).
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, helping to build brand loyalty.
• Be part of the store operations team, ensuring smooth, on-brand operations and reliable support for both team members and customers.
• Engage customers authentically, creating lasting connections beyond transactions and fostering loyal fans.
• Maintain cross-training across store functions and mentor new team members while living Pandora s values:
  Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate you are a results-oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a genuine sense of care in interactions.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage audiences effectively.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; and reliable punctuality.
• Available for a consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week; base hours typically up to 12 hours per week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependability for peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
