• Greet and positively engage guests.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Keep the facility clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors.

• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and grills.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations and equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.

• Must be at least 16 years old; no previous experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and training materials.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Positive and friendly demeanor to work well with coworkers and guests.
