Kitchen Team Member - Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley is hiring immediately for day shifts for Back of House Team Members for both full or part-time. • You'll be involved in various kitchen tasks, including preparing, cooking, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A standards (our goal is to deliver food to our customers within 90 seconds!).
• Opportunities for salad prep, line cook, fry cook, and dishwasher
• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Must have early morning availability (shifts as early as 5:30 AM)
• Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, dishwasher, or kitchen crew is not required; we will train

• Part time (Less than 30 hr/week): starting at $13/hour
• Full Time (30 hr/week +): starting at $15/hour

We have well-defined opportunities to increase pay as you are trained, as well as leadership opportunities for candidates that show the desire and ability to lead our team.
