Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers from initial inquiry through closing.
- Guide buyers through the home search process, coordinate showings, and present property information.
- Provide timely communication, negotiate on behalf of clients, and collaborate with listing agents as needed.
- Licensed real estate agent (or active real estate license in progress as applicable).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 yearly
