We are currently accepting applications for our Free State of Tennessee Certified Nurse Aide Training Class! Class times are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

After applying, check your Indeed email for more information. Thank you for your interest in the state‑certified nurse aide training program. Our program is a fast‑paced class that is completed in 17 days.

Requirements: a criminal background check and a check of the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults. No one with a felony conviction, certain misdemeanor charges, or a listing on the abuse registry can be admitted to the class.

No absences or tardiness are permitted during the 17‑day class. Students must maintain a grade average of 85% or higher to continue in the course.

Books and supplies ($50) will be needed as a deposit on the first day of class and will be returned upon graduation.

If accepted, you will receive a phone call or email the week before class begins. Class sizes generally range from 12–14 students.

Students are chosen based on facility need, shift availability, entrance exam score, flexibility, previous work history, and attitude. The best qualified candidates from the class will be selected for available employment opportunities.

Our campus is a 94‑bed post‑acute 24‑hour skilled nursing Health Care Center located at 3916 Boyds Bridge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37914. We provide skilled nursing care after stroke, joint replacement surgery, cardiac procedure or serious illness.
