This role works closely with physicians to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients.
What You'll DoYou’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers through responsibilities such as:
- Assisting physicians with direct patient care
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Completing prior authorizations and pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs
- Communicating test results clearly and professionally
- Performing phlebotomy
- Supporting a variety of clinical and administrative duties
In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with patients, families, and physicians—representing the practice with professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude.
Requirements- Active LPN license or MA Certification required
- Previous medical or clinical experience preferred
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and effective time management
