We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse – Orthopedics to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic unit. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and prepared to assume responsibilities.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings; responsible for understanding and acting on information communicated.
• Adhere to Corporate, Regional, hospital, and departmental policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Assist patients, family members, physicians, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow Infection Control procedures at all times.
• Deliver direct nursing care to orthopedic patients according to established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Clinical nursing skills in orthopedic care
• Patient assessment and care planning
• Infection control and safety practices
• Professional communication and teamwork
• Time management and organization

• Specialty certification in orthopedics
• Experience in acute care or surgical units
• Leadership and mentoring abilities

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Practice.
• BSN in Nursing preferred.
• Any previously agreed-upon effective date for obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in nursing between individuals and facilities will remain in effect, including those transitioning from the NLRN Program.
• Any contract with specific time frames for obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in nursing will supersede the above and remain in effect.
• Specialty Certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS is unit dependent.
• PALS is unit dependent.
