Role Description

The LPN or RN - House Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN. The position involves overseeing residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Daily duties include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, managing resident health and wellness, administering medications, and providing direct care as needed. The individual will maintain a safe and supportive environment while fostering independence and community integration for residents.

Additionally, they will handle administrative tasks such as documentation, communication with families, and collaboration with healthcare providers.

Qualifications
  • Possess an active and valid LPN or RN license in the State of Tennessee.
  • Experience in supervising staff, developing schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of healthcare practices, medication administration, and care planning specific to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including documentation, reporting, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and team members.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required; prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
