Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Cavette Hill Memory Care
Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication. Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care for residents.
Position Details: Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts with every other weekend off. Day Shift: 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Pay and Benefits: Up to $6,000 sign‑on bonus available.
Responsibilities- Maintain clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills.
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement resident care.
- Graduate of a nursing program accredited by the state.
- Current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
- Ability to work full‑time on a 12‑hour shift schedule with alternating weekends off.
Located at 122 Cavette Hill Lane, Knoxville, TN 37934, the campus is a private, spacious 60‑bed assisted‑living & memory care center featuring walking trails, courtyards with gazebos, and recreational amenities such as a putting green.
