Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with residents providing care as needed throughout the shift. Pay range $25.29 an hour to $33.63 an hour. This role includes a $15,000 retention bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus.

• Must have a current active LPN license with previous long-term care experience preferred (1–3 years preferred; new grads considered).
• Current CPR / AED Certificate.

• Licensed Practical Nurse:
  Dayshift 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM FT
• Licensed Practical Nurse:
  Night shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM FT
• Licensed Practical Nurse:
  Night shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM FT
