Wound Care Representative

About the Role

A successful candidate is passionate about combining sales/operations and clinical care. Must be willing to travel daily within assigned geographic areas.

• Require strong organization/prioritization skills, understanding of overall business goals, and collaboration with all team members & referral sources, communicating in a professional, accurate, and timely fashion.
• Great oral and written communication skills to interface with Nurses, Physicians, Administrators, and office staff; establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community within your territory.
• Conduct in‑services to educate on products & services most appropriate for their patient to drive sales growth and become the market leader within your territory.
• Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts and patients, ensuring information is up to date to provide a consistent clinical/operational/billing cycle.

• Skills in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Minimum 2‑year experience in a wound care setting preferred; willingness to become wound care certified.
• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Physical Therapist (PT) – Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• The company will pay for WCC certification.
• Travel will be moderate to heavy; must be willing to travel 75% plus.
• Required license: LPN/LVN, RN, NP, PA, PT, PTA, OT, OTA, MD, DO.
