Temp LPN

123 Staffing is seeking Top Tier Temp Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Nurse must be willing to work short staff and understand that care is first. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring the well-being of individuals in the nursing home setting. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical environment.

Pay every Friday!

7am - 3pm ($30 hourly)

3pm - 11pm ($32 hourly)

11pm - 7am ($31 hourly)

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in the management of medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection and maintain patient safety.
• Support cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing patients and assisting healthcare providers as needed.
• Conduct routine assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform laboratory tests as required, ensuring proper handling and documentation of specimens.
• Utilize Point-click care software for patient management, documentation, and scheduling.

• Must have one year of geriatric experience.
• Previous experience working with individuals in the nursing home setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
