As a PRN RN, you will administer skilled home health care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the client, family, and health care team. Service is performed in accordance with physician’s orders and the established plan of care under the supervision of the Branch Director.
Responsibilities- Administer skilled home health care to clients according to physician orders.
- Teach and guide clients, families, and health care team members.
- Document care and coordinate with physicians and the Branch Director.
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nursing License in the state you intend to work.
- Organized, detail-oriented, effective written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of home health care delivery and strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible work schedule availability.
- Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
