Overview
An international leather handbags and accessories lifestyle brand is seeking a Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator to join our marketing team at the Knoxville corporate office. The Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator will play a key role in executing and supporting digital initiatives that strengthen brand engagement, customer loyalty, and community growth. This associate-level position will focus on executing paid media strategies, managing loyalty program operations, coordinating organic social media through agency partnerships, and overseeing Patricia Nash Designs’ secondhand marketplace via Treet.
The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven individual passionate about social media, customer engagement, and sustainability.
Paid Media Strategy and Execution
- Develop paid media strategy across paid social, paid search, and testing of new channels
- Execute paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, etc.) in alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- Execute paid search plan with paid ads on select search engines to drive targeted traffic, leads, and sales.
- Support campaign setup, audience targeting, creative trafficking, and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor performance dashboards and provide weekly reporting on KPIs, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director to A/B test creative and audience segments.
Loyalty Program Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand’s loyalty and rewards program.
- Build and deploy customer surveys to gather feedback, improve retention, and identify engagement opportunities.
- Track program performance, member growth, and redemption trends, providing insights and recommendations.
- Partner with creative team to promote loyalty initiatives through email.
Organic Social Media Coordination
- Manage the relationship with Joybyte to ensure brand consistency, quality, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Monitor the social media content calendar, ensuring timely approvals and cross-functional coordination.
- Review content, captions, and imagery for accuracy, tone, and engagement optimization in weekly meetings.
- Monitor social performance metrics and collaborate with Joybyte on monthly reports and insights.
Secondhand Marketplace (Treet) Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for PND’s secondhand resale platform.
- Ensure listings are accurate and aligned with PND standards.
- Coordinate with the Treet team on promotions, email features, and seasonal updates.
- Track performance metrics (sales, listings, and engagement) and share monthly reports with leadership/team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce (internship experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, Tik Tok Ads).
- Experience with Google Ads and other search engine paid media.
- Basic understanding of loyalty or CRM platforms (e.g., rise ai, loyalty lion, etc).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Passion for storytelling, brand engagement, and digital innovation.
