We are seeking dependable Production and Assembly Associates to join a growing plastic manufacturing team. These positions support day‑to‑day production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and working as part of a team.

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $16.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $18.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM | $18.50/hr

• Assemble plastic components or finished products according to work instructions
• Operate basic production or assembly equipment (training provided)
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
  
  Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
