Shifts & Pay:
Day

Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM | Monday – Friday | $16.50 per hour
Night

Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | Monday – Friday | $18.00 per hour
Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble plastic and electrical components by following work instructions
• Perform visual and basic functional quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Identify and report defects such as missing parts, misalignment, or wiring issues
• Ensure completed assemblies meet quality standards before moving to the next step
• Rotate between workstations and cross-train in multiple assembly areas
• Follow production schedules and quality guidelines
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in different assembly roles
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
