We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate forklifts, walkie riders, and tugs to move materials efficiently, help maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and support production goals. A positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork are key to success.

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $16.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $18.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM | $18.50/hr

• Operate forklifts, walkie riders, and tugs to move materials to proper departments or areas.
• Wear proper safety equipment at all times.
• Read daily production schedules to determine materials needed for production orders.
• Load materials onto trucks or tugs and move items from production or storage areas to shipping or other designated locations.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Count materials in stock and report counts to lead, supervisor, or inventory specialist.
• Organize warehouse and work areas to maintain orderliness and ensure safety.
• Mark materials with identifying information using the appropriate method.
• Weigh and count items for distribution to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform computer functions necessary to track inventory and materials.
• Work overtime as required to meet production needs.

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
