Production Associate - Mat Roller

Overview

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places mats into a rolling machine for processing, maintains the cleanliness of the work area, and sorts rolled mats into staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meeting or exceeding production standards for rolling mats can lead to additional compensation incentives.

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
• Operate within a performance-based incentive framework tied to production standards.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
