Assembles trusses according to specifications received from the Engineering Department.
Hours1st shift - $16.00/hr.
Responsibilities- Completing projects as assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner to meet the manufacturing schedule
- Ensures plates are in proper position and finished orders are properly banded
- Ensures bundles are correctly and adequately marked with the names of job and job number
- Maintains equipment and work area in an orderly fashion
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
- Communicate with other employees and supervisors using verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge of hand tools and small power tools.
- Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Knowledge of wood products.

Tindell's offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life insurance to employees. Employees and dependents are eligible to participate in benefit plans after completion of 60 days. Tindell's pays the employee portion of Option 1 Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical plan. All benefits are optional and paid for by the employee. You will be eligible to participate in Tindell's 401(k) plan after 6 months of employment.
