What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a manufacturing organization in their search for a Lead Production Operator. This individual will be responsible for managing the emulsification and milling of asphalt products, ensuring quality and consistency throughout production runs. This role requires a mechanically inclined operator who can oversee preparation and blending of raw materials, monitor equipment, maintain inventory levels, and support smooth operations.

The position offers comprehensive training, exposure to specialized processes, and the opportunity to play a critical role within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

• Operate and monitor production processes, including managing milling equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Prepare and combine raw materials according to established recipes, adjusting as needed to maintain specifications.
• Conduct routine testing of product batches to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with plant leadership as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols rigorously, including proper use of PPE when handling hot liquids and chemicals.

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn specialized processes related to emulsions and milling, with comprehensive training provided.
• Experience in terminal operations, liquid handling, or chemical blending is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality control, and adherence to PPE protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications such as OSHA 10-hour are a plus but not required.
