Role Overview

Beehive is seeking a hands‑on Inventory Control Specialist to support production and inventory accuracy within our Additive Manufacturing facility. This role is integral to maintaining material flow, ensuring accurate inventory transactions, and supporting on‑time delivery across internal operations.

What You'll Do...
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through daily inventory transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
  • Execute routine and randomized cycle counts, reconcile variances, and partner with Operations and Supply Chain to identify root causes
  • Perform material movement and staging to ensure parts flow efficiently between work centers
  • Physically receive inbound material, validate packing lists, and complete system receiving and put‑away
  • Prepare outbound shipments from small parcel to LTL/freight and ensure complete documentation accuracy
  • Track parts throughout the facility, monitor aging WIP, and support production priorities based on schedule demand
  • Conduct final visual checks for quality and count accuracy before shipment or storage
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and storage system, including labeling, rack organization, and point‑of‑use material placement
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jack and forklift (or obtain certification)
  • Utilize basic digital tools including MS Excel, Word, and inventory/ERP systems
You have...
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to count, track, and reconcile inventory accurately
  • Ability to work independently and proactively elevate issues
  • Comfortable walking the shop floor for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willing and able to obtain forklift certification if not certified already
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ownership of work and follow‑through
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizen ship is required, as only U.S. Citizen s are eligible for a security clearance
Nice to have...
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting, warehouse control, or stockroom management
  • Experience handling aerospace or defense materials
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems
  • Experience shipping dangerous goods or compliance‑sensitive products
