Lordstown, Ohio (headquarters), Rochester, New York, and Jacksonville, Florida. A new DC in Knoxville, TN is planned for late 2026. Transportation and Warehouse are the two largest departments at each DC and typically operate 24/7. Opportunity Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the Warehouse Operations and staff, ensuring customer orders are properly filled and loaded for delivery while maintaining a productive, safe, clean and organized facility. This role forecasts business volume and ensures scheduling and performance targets are met.
The position supervises Warehouse Operations (including staff, scheduling, planning, facility maintenance and cleanliness).

How you will make contributions that matter
- Directs the planning and assignment of work for the most efficient use of personnel and equipment.
- Ensures production standards and accuracy levels are met.
- Provides direction to the maintenance, sanitation, and food safety departments.
- Responsible for food safety initiatives and compliance with food safety guidelines on premises.
- Oversees productivity using warehouse management software, voice selection system and JD Edwards.
- Develops and improves material handling practices for safe, efficient, productive operations while maintaining cost efficiency and customer service excellence.
- Suggets cost-saving methods and controls overtime where applicable.
- Assists in preparation of annual budgets and operates within approved plans.
- Ensures complete and comprehensive training of all personnel under span of control.
- Ensures daily, weekly and monthly reports are current and accurate.
- Directs improvement methods for operations and assists in implementing directives from executive management.
- Coordinates with the Distribution Manager to resolve daily operational problems.
- Fosters a safe work environment that maximizes employee involvement, morale and engagement.
- Ensures achievement of goals, objectives and production standards established by the Company.
- Delivers employee disciplinary action when necessary and assists in verification and documentation of same.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Experience – 5 or more years related experience and/or training in engineered labor management, warehouse management, and various elements of a Warehouse Management System.
- Other Required Skills or Abilities – Recruiting/interviewing/staffing, technical skills (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point), engineered labor standards and systems, voice selection technology (Lucas), JD Edwards, managerial/leadership skills, developing and executing budgets and cost controls, safety management, process management, inventory control, analyzing information, equipment and facility maintenance.
