As a Management Trainee at MHC, you’ll participate in a comprehensive 7-month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance to excel in a management role. This isn’t a typical entry-level role—you’ll work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including Parts, Service, Leasing, Management, and more.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field.

MHC is an expansion of the original company, Ozark Kenworth, Inc. Ozark Kenworth started in Springfield, Missouri, in January 1975. Opening for business without a Parts or Service department and only three employees in a temporary facility, the company grew and expanded.
