ResponsibilitiesAs a Management Trainee at MHC, you’ll participate in a comprehensive 7-month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance to excel in a management role. This isn’t a typical entry-level role—you’ll work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including Parts, Service, Leasing, Management, and more.
- Engage in a structured 7-month rotational program to develop management competencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Parts, Service, Leasing, and Management.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence.
- Develop in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with mentorship from experienced leaders.
- Driven self-starters with a passion for critical thinking and a desire to grow within the company.
- Strong communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
