Job Summary

We’re looking for a high‑energy, people‑focused Training Coordinator who loves leading training sessions, creating engaging learning experiences, and bringing training to life.
In this entry‑level role, you’ll help design, coordinate, and facilitate programs that support employee growth and build a vibrant learning culture.
Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitate dynamic in‑person and virtual training sessions
- Design and deliver interactive learning experiences using workshops, simulations, and digital tools
- Coordinate training events including scheduling, logistics, communication, and setup
- Manage multiple training projects with organization and creativity
- Help build excitement around professional development opportunities and promote a culture of continuous learning
- Ensure programs support business priorities and reflect our people‑first values
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience or internships in training, L&D, HR, or related roles
- Experience leading or facilitating in‑person and virtual trainings
- Hands‑on experience organizing and coordinating events
- Comfort using virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.) and tools that support interactive delivery
- Interest or foundational knowledge in instructional design and adult learning principles is a plus
