The District Sales Manager leads a team of Account Developers to achieve company revenue goals. This role manages sales programs, builds customer relationships, and partners cross-functionally to drive market share and profitability.

• Coaches and develops account developers on sales processes and achieves sales goals.
• Manages execution of sales programs and initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Inspects market conditions through field visits and Red rides.
• Develops reports from Red ride docs, Tableau, Margin Minder, HANA, and Webi tools.
• Leads and motivates a team to deliver results; engages teammates through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Implements continuous improvement methods and embodies company purpose and values.
• Ensures a safe working environment; trains teammates on safe techniques including safety blitzes and Red rides.

• Knowledge of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations with advanced selling skills.
• Prior leadership and management experience; demonstrates good planning techniques and organizational skills.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with excellent driving history.

• 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work environment may vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled.
